Halaloo the Clown can do more for you than just a birthday!

At FESTIVAL AND FAIRS Halaloo will provide walkabouts where he will perform pocket magic and his usual brand of comical silliness. His balloon sculptures will have people looking on in awe, and if needed Halaloo will be happy to perform with his stage show.
